Fla Lewis III
Fla was born in Texas and grew up near Golden, Colorado, receiving his diploma from Wheat Ridge High School in 1971. He attended Brown University where he graduated in 1976 Magna cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa with degrees in Religious Studies and Music. He was awarded the Samuel T. Arnold Fellowship, Brown’s highest honor for a graduating senior. After study in Vienna and London, Lewis went to Harvard University, receiving his Master of Arts degree in 1980. Fla joined Kidder, Peabody & Co., Incorporated, in 1980. He was named Assistant Vice President in 1985 and Vice President in 1986. He was affiliated with Kidder, Peabody Asset Management from 1990 until 1995. In January 1995, Fla joined Compton Capital Management as Vice President and Senior Portfolio Manager. In August 2000, Weybosset Research & Management, LLC commenced operations as a continuation of Fla’s activities at Kidder, Peabody & Co. and Compton Capital Management. Fla lives with his beautiful wife, Diane, in Rehoboth, Massachusetts where he serves on the boards of numerous charitable institutions.

Jeannine M. Bizier
Jeannine has been the Chief Operating Officer of Weybosset Research & Management, LLC since its inception in 2000. Jeannine started her business career in operations at Fleet Bank, moved to Shearson Lehman as a sales assistant and then to Old Stone Bank as a Trust Administrator. More recently, she worked with Fla as his Operations Manager at Compton Capital Management. Jeannine and her husband Bob live in Wakefield, Rhode Island.

Justin E. Deutsch
Justin joined Weybosset Research & Management, LLC in October 2014 as a portfolio manager. Prior to joining the firm, he was an equity analyst and trader at Bay Crest Partners for five years, specializing in large cap companies. Justin has been instrumental in helping build portfolios at Weybosset– think, trains, truck engines, beer, industrial gasses, and retailing. Before Bay Crest, Justin worked as head trader and portfolio manager for Horn Capital Management, a hedge fund based in New York City. Justin received his BA from New York University and most recently attended Harvard’s Kennedy School program, Investment Decisions and Behavioral Finance. He currently splits his time between New York and Providence.
